Welcome Babes, my name is Brittney, I am now located in Concord,Ca! Although my studio is based in CONCORD, I also offer mobile appoints where I come to you I just charge $35-$50 travel fee. I am a Lash Stylist specializing in Natural - Extra Volume styles. I offer Lash Extension services including Color & Decals. I also have services such as: Make Up, Tooth Gems, Teeth Whitening, & Waxing -DISCLAIMER- (anything booked after work will NOT be accepted unless we have discussed an arrangement appointments 6pm-10pm I will charge $35-$50 extra once approved must pay at time of deposit) Sunday: I CAN DO SUNDAYS FOR THOSE EMERGENCIES OR RESCHEDULED APPTS ON MY BEHALF TO ACCOMMODATE YOU. ( anything else WITHOUT discussing will NOT be accepted) DEPOSIT INFO & FEES : I require a $10-$30 NON REFUNDABLE deposit based on service through Gloss Genius. (Zelle or Apple Pay deposits paid within 2hrs of booking your appointment.) NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT! All Cancellations under 24 is charged 50% of service + loose deposit fee for the last minute cancellation. Same applies for no shows. Deposit is transferable 1x if rescheduled 24hrs before your set appointment time. -I am very strict on this policy- ** I will take a squeeze in mobile appointments $35-$50 charge must be paid with deposit for these specific days! **

Cancellation Policy

POLICY: • Non-Refundable $30 Booking Fee (Deposit) is due upon booking. There is only a 2 hr grace period for the deposit to be made or the appointment will be canceled and you will need to rebook again. • $30 Booking Fee goes towards total service balance the check out will charge a convenience fee which will not go towards total that is charged automatically by the booking system if you pay with a card on file. • After Hours & Squeeze in Fees are different charges. • AH FEE: Anything booked after my last 3pm appointment. My normal hours of work are 11am-3pm but I give 2 extra slots after 3pm for those who get out of work late or those who cannot make it between my regular working hours. These fees will be due at time of booking + deposit this is required in order to hold your spot. -> I am a new mom so I take this fee very seriously since I will stay longer at the shop to service you and will need to have my sitter stay longer to watch my child at home. <- • SQUEEZE-IN FEE: This fee is applied to appointments booked day of & on my days off (SUN-MON) only! This fee is due at time of booking + deposit in order to hold your spot. -> I will be commuting from Oakland this is why I charge this squeeze in fee <- • APPOINTMENT GRACE PERIOD: I will allow a 5 min Grace Period. Anything after 5 minutes will be a $10 late fee! Anything over 15 min with be CANCELLED and will forfeit their deposit! Must re-book and send a NEW deposit! • CANCELLATION POLICY: All appointments cancelled BEFORE 24 hrs will be allowed to transfer their deposit to a new appt date ONCE! DAY OF CANCELLATION IS 100% charged for service. Any cancellations under 24hrs result in a forfeit of their deposit. 1.) Client will need to pay $50 inconvenience fee in order to rebook. 2.) Rebook with a NEW DEPOSIT **TRY TO BE ON TIME OR A LITTLE EARLY TO AVOID THIS** •NO CALL - NO SHOW POLICY: No Call - No Shows are not permitted at ALL! Try to give me a call or text morning of appointment if you cannot make it to the appointment. If you do not you will be: - Charged 50% of the service - Must Pay Total of your service as a deposit in order to rebook with me (deposit will go towards your total balance this just ensures you will not NO CALL - NO SHOW again) ** 2nd No Call - No Show results in being banned from booking ** • REFUND POLICY: DEPOSITS // BOOKING FEES -> ARE NON- REFUNDABLE AT ALL! Only time I refund deposits is if I cancel on you in that case I will gladly refund you or reschedule you with 0 fees. If you are unsatisfied with your service I can accommodate with a discounted or free service this varies depending on the situation at hand. COVID 19 POLICY: If you are feeling any Covid-19 Symptoms please let me know as soon as possible so we can reschedule you I will make a exception & transfer your deposit ONCE! Be Safe and stay home getting others sick isn’t worth it!
